We want you to love every piece you wear from Unboundedy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

•Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

•Items must be returned with original packaging

 

Non-returnable items include:

•Final sale items

•Intimates (e.g., underwear, bodysuits)

•Gift cards


2. How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at unboundedyOfficial@outlook.com with the following details:

•Order number

•Item(s) you wish to return

•Reason for return

•Photo(s), if applicable

 

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.


3. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

 

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item within 7 days for a refund and then place a new order.

 


5. Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

•Check your bank account or credit card statement

•Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary

•If still unresolved, contact us at unboundedyOfficial@outlook.com


6. Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
